Refunds

All purchases made through stardustandperiwinkle.com are final. Due to the digital nature of our products. including subscriptions, bundles, ebooks, and printables, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered used and consumed, regardless of whether it has been opened or downloaded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy and that no refund or return requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Subscription and Free Trial

When you sign up for The Everyday Calm Bundle subscription, you receive a 7-day free trial. Your credit card details are collected at sign-up but you will not be charged during the trial period. On Day 8, your subscription activates automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before Day 8 to avoid being charged. Cancellations made after Day 8 take effect immediately. No refunds will be issued for any subscription payment already processed, including the most recent billing cycle.

One-Time Digital Purchases

All one-time purchases including ebooks and printables are non-refundable. As these are digital products that are instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales are final with no exceptions.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe using SSL encryption. Your credit card or debit card details are not stored on our servers at any point. Stripe's secure payment infrastructure handles all sensitive payment data.

Non-Delivery of a Digital Product

If you do not receive your digital product or download link after completing a purchase, please contact us at contact@stardustandperiwinkle.com with your purchase details. We will ensure your product is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Stardust & Periwinkle reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
