Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any products or services from Stardust & Periwinkle.

By accessing stardustandperiwinkle.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services. Accessing our website in any manner constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Article 1 — About Us

Article 2 — Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Stardust & Periwinkle. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our products and resources are designed for use with children aged 1 to 8 and are intended to be used by a parent or caregiver. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be removed from our database and any applicable purchase will be cancelled.

Article 3 — Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that the information you provide — including your name, email address, billing address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that you have the legal right to use it. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to share it with our payment processor, Stripe, solely for the purpose of completing your transaction.

Article 4 — Subscription Terms

Stardust & Periwinkle offers a monthly subscription product called The Everyday Calm Bundle. When you sign up for the subscription, you will receive a 7-day free trial beginning on the date of sign-up. Your credit card details are required at the time of sign-up. You will not be charged during the free trial period. On Day 8, your subscription will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle. Subsequent charges will occur on the same date each month thereafter.

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately. As your most recent bundle was delivered at the start of your current billing cycle, no further bundles will be sent and no partial refunds will be issued for the current period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Where a price change affects existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If authorisation is not received, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. The price applied to any order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 6 — Digital Delivery

All products sold by Stardust & Periwinkle are digital. Upon successful payment, your product or access details will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address or emails being filtered to spam or promotions folders.

Article 7 — No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of all our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered consumed and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued. This applies to all subscription payments, one-time purchases, ebooks, and printables. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no return or refund requests will be entertained.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All content available through Stardust & Periwinkle — including but not limited to written resources, activity guides, meal plans, printables, ebooks, AI-generated imagery, bundle materials, and website content — is the original intellectual property of Stardust & Periwinkle and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share publicly, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission from Stardust & Periwinkle. Any unauthorised use of our content may result in immediate termination of your account and may be subject to legal action.

Article 9 — Personal Use Only

All products and resources purchased from Stardust & Periwinkle are intended for your personal household use only. They may not be shared with, distributed to, or used on behalf of others outside your immediate family. They may not be used for commercial purposes, resold, or redistributed in any form.

Article 10 — Health and Safety Disclaimer

Stardust & Periwinkle is not a medical, nutritional, psychological, or childcare professional service. All activity guides, meal plans, craft ideas, and resources provided are for general informational and inspirational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or developmental advice. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any activity or resource for your child, taking into account your child's individual needs, allergies, abilities, and any relevant medical conditions. Always supervise children during activities and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Article 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stardust & Periwinkle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

Article 12 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice before taking effect. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are accessing our website from outside Canada, you acknowledge that local laws may apply but agree that any disputes will be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.
